Trader Joe's Olive Oil

When I first tasted this garlic olive oil, I seriously wanted
to drizzle it on everything!
















Saute strips of bell peppers in 2-3 T. oil.  In boiling water... cook Trader Joe's brown rice pasta.  Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.  Drain pasta.  Add the pasta into the pan with the bell peppers.  Toss all together.  Add the reserved pasta water as needed until creamy.  Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Did you look in my fridge before posting this? Just today I peeked in and thought "I've got to do something with those yellow and orange bell peppers!" LOL! thanks for the idea Joan!!

Oh my, garlic olive oil sounds like a staple I must have in my cabinet. The meal doesn't sound too shabby either! Yum :-)
