Graham Cracker Crust



1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 T. sugar
1/3 cup butter - melted




Lay crackers between 2 sheets of wax paper.  With rolling pin, roll crackers into fine crumbs.  In bowl, mix crackers with sugar and then stir in butter.  Press firmly into a pie plate against the bottom and sides. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 8 minutes.  Cool completely before adding any filling.


Lemon Cream Cheese Pie
graham cracker crust
4 oz. cream cheese - softened
2 cups milk
1 small package instant pudding - lemon



With electric mixer, on low, blend 1/2 cup milk and cream cheese.  Add the rest of the milk and the pudding mix.  Beat on low speed for 1 minute.  Pour mixture into crust.  Refrigerate.

With a cup of decaf and a handful of almonds I'm thinking this sounds like breakfast. My cheeks are puckering :-)
