It's amazing what a little "cheese" will do for almost any recipe. I have a great recipe for corn casserole that uses Jiffy Corn Bread, creamed corn, and then dollops of sour cream with cheese mixed in are put on top of the casserole before it is baked--really good!!!
Yum...I love your shadow shot!! Hmm...I've got some Jiffy Mix in my pantry. I would have to sub Mexican Blend cheese, but it's very tempting to try this tonight.

Ahhhhh, Jiffy! The muffin mix of my youth! Always a box of it on the shelf when I was a kid, and enjoyed greatly hot from the oven, accompanied by a big glass of cold milk.

Yum! They look good! If they were sitting in front of me they wouldn't be there long enough to cast shadows ;)
I use that, but never added anything. I will try your suggestions next time.
