Bean Dip


Velveeta
Once or twice a year I get a craving for this.
Think cheesy a million times over!

Bean Dip
Two cans vegetarian chili
16 oz. Velveeta - cubed
In sauce pan, heat on low and blend until creamy.

Great on tacos, enchiladas, or a dip for chips.

I've used canned chili as a dip before - bet it's even better with the cheese in there!

No way! Matt & I used to put this combo over elbow pasta and we called it Ghetto Mac. It was the only hot meal we could cook in the microwave when we were living in the house in western Mass (the Money Pit!) that story is far too long for comments though haha. You just brought back some memories & now I'm definitely hungry!
