Corn Chowder Casserole

1 pound ground hamburger or ground turkey
1/3 cup diced onion
3 cups cooked macaroni
1/2 cup shredded cheese
2 cups cream-style corn
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper

Brown hamburger and onion. Drain. Add to remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well. Place in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Quick Tuna Pie

1 can mushroom soup
1 can peas - drained
1 7-oz. can tuna - drained
1 can biscuits

Combine soup, peas, and tuna. Place in lightly greased casserole dish. Arrange biscuits on top of mixture. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 15 - 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

Turkey Tator Tot Casserole

1 pound turkey - cooked and shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream style corn
1 can milk
16 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables
2 oz. can french fried onions
1 package tator tots

Mix turkey, soup. corn, milk. vegetables, and half of the onions. Put in lightly greased casserole dish. Top with tator tots and remaining onions. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 30 minutes.

Pigs In A Blanket

2 cups flour
3/4 t. baking powder
1/4 cup shortening
1/2 t. salt
Add enough milk to make into a dough, a T. at a time. Mix and roll like a pie crust.

In another bowl:
1 pound ground hamburger or ground turkey
1 egg
4 soda crackers - crumbled
1/4 cup milk
1 t. salt
Mix and roll into a long sausage. Wrap dough around until it just meets.
Cook in a 375 degree oven for 40 - 50 minutes. Slice into small pieces.

Topping For Toast

1/2 cup butter
1/2 honey
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 t. cinnamon

Beat with an electric mixer until well blended. Spread on warm toast.
